- What you'll be doing:
- Handling the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collection, statement generation, payment follow-up, and cash application.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Analyzing and reporting on accounts receivable ageing, cash flow, and other key metrics.
- Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to resolve any billing or collection issues.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and other reporting as required.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

- About the role
- This full-time Finance Staff - Account Receivable (AR) & Collection role is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process at PT AKR Surabaya Land Corporindo's office located in Manyar, Gresik, East Java. The successful candidate will play a key part in the financial operations and reporting for the company.

Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounts receivable, collection and or similar finance role, preferably within the Property Management or Real Estate industries.
- Good knowledge of Financial & Accounting Reporting System.
- Strong numerical, data entry and analytical skills, with the ability to work with financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication, patience and good interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Ms. Office and using financial and accounting software, such as ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Management field.
- Ready to work ASAP in Sembayat, Manyar, Gresik location.
