Job description
- Managed overseas factory shipments, overseeing the entire process from pre-clearance and third-party inspections to ensuring strict adherence to all shipping documentation (commercial invoice packing list, sales contract, bill of lading, certificate of origin).
- Monitored local factory deliveries to guarantee on-time ex-factory adherence.
- Managed inbound as per superior direction to keep DIO & WH Capacity balance.
- Provided weekly progress reports on shipments to ensure timely product launches.
- Liaised with 3PL providers for space booking, shipment scheduling customs clearance, and warehouse delivery
- Actively manage in-house-system (LMS) as latest progress shipment with correct and timely manner.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Warehouse Management Transportation.
- Experience in stock control, monitoring such as daily cycle count and periodic stock opname.
- Experience with WMS, ERP and excel as data processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (minimum Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Possess analytical skills and the ability to think structurally.
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work both in a team and independently.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, honest and responsible.
Job description
- Able to provide stock analysis & warehouse report.
- Daily work with internal system (NetSuite & LMS).
- Create PO S0.TO & status update.
- Manage warehouse activities (inbound, outbound, inventor control).
- Delivery arrangement to customers/account based on sales request.
- Manage abnormality inbound & outbound.
- Collaborate intensively with 3PL (warehouse & transporter).
- Coordinate, analyze, and report STO every six months or annually.
- Stock control and inventory accuracy.
