Kualifikasi
- Engineering degree/diploma with 5+ years' EPC contract experience.
- Having specific experience of contract proposals and management.
- Thorough in contract drafting and communication skills.
- Good understanding of contract conditions, impact, and administration.
- East Java residents are preferred.
- Work location: Gresik, East Java.
- CV should be in English
Job description
- Manage all maintenance-related subcontracts in line with CII requirements, project procedures, budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate contractual and commercial matters, including close-out and record archiving.
- Ensure subcontractors have access to necessary materials, documents, and site regulations, and track any delivery shortfalls.
- Review cost reports and forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with project standards.
- Ensure timely subcontractor payments per contract terms.
- Review claims and back-charges, recommend actions, and negotiate settlements with teh Subcontract Superintendent.
- Ensure subcontractor evaluations are completed and data is securely stored with proper hackups.
- Oversee activities related to subcontract close-out, back charge notifications, insurance claims, filed instructions, change orders, and progress valuations.
