- The Sampoerna Graduate Trainee (GT) Program is a two‑year development journey designed for graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute. Through cross‑functional rotations (min. 2 different functions), hands‑on projects, and mentorship from experienced leaders, you will strengthen your business acumen and create meaningful impact from day one.

- WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from any major
- Minimum GPA:
- Bachelor’s: 3.30
- Master’s: 3.40
- Maximum 2 years of work experience, excluding internship experience
- Fresh graduates and those who will graduate before May 2026, are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong analytical thinking, proactive, and eager to learn
- Open-minded, resilient, and strong in problem‑solving
- A collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership qualities
