- At least 1-2 years of working experience or fresh graduate with experience in similar project
- Entitled as the best graduate from any university or have national/international achivements is a big advantage
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and Excel

2.Payroll Staff

Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance or a related field
- Minimum GPA 3,00 or fresh graduate with minimum GPA 3,50 (cum laude)
- At least 2-3 years of working experience or fresh graduate with experience in payroll-related project
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, salary calculations, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21 (Income Tax) and labour regulation
- High attention to detail in processing salary, benefits and employee deductions
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel; formulas, pivot tables and data analysis for payroll processing
- Willing to be placed in all areas of PT Indoprima Gemilang
3.SHE Staff

Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field
- Minimum GPA 3,00 or fresh graduate with minimum GPA 3,50 (cum laude)
- At least 2-3 years of working experience or fresh graduate with experience in SHE-related project
- Strong risk assessment and analytical skills to identify hazards and implement safety improvements
- Good understanding of SHE regulations, compliance standards (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) and best practices in workplace safety
- Ability to conduct safety inspections, incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel for SHE data analysis and reporting
- Willing to be placed in all areas of PT Indoprima Gemilang

Tentang PT Indoprima Gemilang
PT Indoprima Gemilang adalah salah satu grup perusahaan dari Indoprima Group. Grup perusahaan ini terdiri dari perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur suku cadang otomotif dan kereta. Salah satu grup dari Indoprima yang cukup terkenal di Gresik adalah PT Indospring Tbk yang memproduksi pegas untuk otomotif. Indoprima Gemilang memproduksi beragam macam produk suku cadang seperti combination switch, brake pad, clutch facing, brake lining, press parts, cylinder head gasket, dan lain-lain. Produk-produk dari Indoprima Gemilang telah diekspor ke berbagai negara.
