- Assist in managing HC data, reports, and basic performance processes.
- Collaborate in HC programs and cross- functional initiatives.
- Execute HC improvement project (process/system/digitalization-based) and present the results to management.

Job description

- Assist monitoring and maintenance of machines & equipment
- Collect and report production performance data

Kualifikasi

- No working experience required; internship or SHE-related projects are a plus.
- Basic understanding of SHE regulations and ISO 45001 & 14001.
- Analytical, capable of risk assessment and safety improvement initiatives.
- Technology-literate with interest in digitalization and process improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
