- Taking quick action by scramble at daily report QC to improve line (PPM) and market claim
- Assist and support suppliers’ problem related with Q&D issues
3.Industrial Relation Sr. Staff (Subject: Linkedin – Industrial Relation)

- As an Industrial Relation Sr. Staff, you will handle following duties:
- Manage industrial relations and negotiations for CLA implementation
- Develop and enforce company policies, regulations, and SOPs to ensure compliance
- Resolve labor issues and disciplinary cases with proper documentation
- Maintain external relations with government institutions, federations, consultants, and stakeholders
- Manage employee contract administration and compliance, including preparation and control of employment agreements

PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia (MMKI) adalah perusahaan manufaktur otomotif yang didirikan pada tanggal 15 Desember 2014, dengan fokus utama pada produksi (perakitan) mobil penumpang dan kendaraan komersial ringan merek Mitsubishi Motors di Indonesia. MMKI merupakan perusahaan patungan (joint venture) yang dimiliki oleh Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (51%), Mitsubishi Corporation (40%), dan PT Krama Yudha (9%).
