Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 in any major (preferably in Management, Economics, Logistics, or related fields).
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing and import administration.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Familiar with ERP systems and customs documentation procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in sourcing international suppliers, managing international logistics, and handling payment methods like LC/TT.
Job description
- Source and negotiate with international suppliers to meet company needs.
- Create Purchase Orders based on user requests and ensure compliance with product standards and budget.
- Prepare and process import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.) for customs compliance and ensure document completeness according to regulations.
- Coordinate with customs and freight forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance and ensure all documents are correct for customs processing.
- Monitor shipping schedules, ensure timely dispatch of goods, and document shipping status until goods reach the warehouse.
- Regularly update vendor and pricing databases, and prepare weekly and monthly reports on purchasing and import status.
- Manage import documentation archives to ensure complete and organized records.

PT Multi Arthamas Glass Industry atau dikenal dengan singkatan MAGI adalah perusahaan produsen kaca asal Surabaya. MAGI memproduksi berbagai jenis kaca untuk bangunan dan interior seperti tempered glass, flat smooth glass, sheet glass, laminated glass, bent glass, ceramic fitted glass, insulated glass, dan interior glass. Proses produksi kaca MAGI menggunakan mesin-mesin canggih dan didukung tenaga produksi yang terlatih. MAGI juga telah tersertifikasi ISO 9001:2008 untuk menjamin kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, produk kaca MAGI juga telah mengantongi standar British Standard (BS), American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM), dan Japan Industrial Standard (JIS). PT Multi Arthamas Glass Industry berkantor pusat dan mengoperasikan pabrik di Jl Kedung Baruk Tengah No. 8, Kecamatan Rungkut, Kota Surabaya. Perusahaan juga memiliki kantor cabang di Jakarta dan Bekasi. Saat ini PT Multi Arthamas Glass Industry sedang membuka program management trainee pada bulan Januari 2026. Berikut adalah kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:
