Tentang PT Petrosea Tbk
PT Petrosea Tbk atau dikenal sebagai Petrosea adalah perusahaan swasta nasional terkemuka yang bergerak di bidang kontrak pertambangan & EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction). Didirikan pada tahun 1972, Petrosea telah berpengalaman cukup luas dalam dunia tambang (baik itu tambang mineral dan migas). Pada awal berdirinya, perusahaan bernama PT Petrosea International Indonesia. Petrosea resmi menjadi perusahaan dengan status Tbk setelah melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya (saat ini Bursa Efek Indonesia) pada tahun 1990. Sejak itu, nama perusahaan berganti menjadi PT Petrosea Tbk. Petrosea adalah perusahaan pertama yang melakukan operasionalisasi tambang batubara bersama PT Kaltim Prima Coal di Kalimantan Timur pada tahun 1991 dengan kapasitas 2,2 juta ton per tahun.
