Kualifikasi
- Required Qualifications:
- Male Candidates Only;
- Having Minimum 1 (one) years of experience in Industrial Relations or any related field;
- Bachelor’s degree in Law;
- Having knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations;
- Having the ability to manage company-employee relationships;
- Having the ability to resolve labor issues and conflicts;
- Understanding the SAP HR module system;
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Having experience in processing work permits such as Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan (WLK) and Wajib Lapor Perusahaan (WLP);
- Attention to Detail;
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management and other relevant parties;
- Good knowledge of applicable employment regulations and laws;
Job description
- We are looking for Industrial Relations Staff whose job is to managing the relationship between the company and employees, as well as ensuring company compliance with employment regulations.
- Managing the relationship and resolving employment issues between the company and employees;
- Ensuring company compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations;
- Handling labor disputes
- Coordinating with the government regarding employment matters
- Controlling the risk anticipation and mitigation process in industrial relations
- Managing Company Regulations (PP) or Collective Labor Agreements (PKB)
