Kualifikasi
- Preferred education Bachelor’s Degree Hospitality, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, International Relations, Food Technology
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Fluent English

- Has an interest in the culinary world, especially in the QSR Field, interested in all operational, marketing & target oriented processes

Job description
- Management Trainee (MT) is a PT. Richeese Culinary Indonesia accelerates Careers for those interested in the culinary field in managerial positions, especially in the field of Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). This program will run for three months of training (class and field). You will get Softskill and hardskill training materials. You also have the opportunity to express your ideas and innovations in the company so that they can grow together.
Tentang PT Richeese Kuliner Indonesia (Richeese Factory)
Richeese Factory merupakan QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) atau restoran cepat saji, di mana hampir semua menu Richeese Factory disajikan dengan saus keju yang lezat (cheese sauce). Restoran Richeese Factory didesain unik agar menjadi tempat santai yang nyaman untuk semua usia dan kalangan. Pelanggan dapat merayakan kebersamaan dan keceriaan bersama sambil menikmati berbagai menu yang disajikan lengkap oleh crew Richeese Factory. Richeese Factory hadir pertama kali di Indonesia pada tanggal tanggal 8 Februari 2011, bertempat di Paris Van Java Mal, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Seiring dengan makin berkembangnya outlet Richeese Factory, kini Richeese Factory telah hadir di kota – kota besar di Indonesia dengan total 250 outlet di seluruh Indonesia pada tahun 2024, dan akan bertambah terus di tahun mendatang.
