Job description
- ✔ Support HSE functions in implementing occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- ✔ Ensure employee compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards through inspections and provide education to prevent unsafe practices.
- ✔ Monitor hazard identification and risk assessment activities across all company areas, including the identification of unsafe working conditions and unsafe employee behaviors.
- ✔ Compile reports on incidents, accidents, near misses, and other HSE findings, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- ✔ Communicate effectively and positively with all relevant departments to promote and socialize company HSE policies.
- ✔ Ensure the proper installation and implementation of HSE signs and safety attributes based on field observations.
- ✔ Monitor and report hazardous and non-hazardous waste management activities on a regular basis.
- ✔ Support the gradual implementation and fulfillment of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) requirements.
- ✔ Manage the availability and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and coordinate the provision of occupational health facilities based on operational needs.
- ✔ Provide HSE education and awareness programs to employees across the company as required.
