- What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Actively contribute to developing, implementing, and evaluating strong communication strategies that support a convenient shopping experience by using knowledge about life at home and shopping behavior in the local market.
- Actively contribute to the department action plan with initiatives that will grow the business and support long-term profitability and execute the agreed plans in close cooperation with other functions.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate strong communication to ensure that it conveys the benefits of the IKEA Concept as well as completes and enances range presentation by using proven solutions, best practrices, guidelines, and national directions.
- Use graphic communication competence to strengthen the uniqueness and consistency of the IKEA identity in store communication by applying the principles of IKEA visual and verbal identity.
- Stay up to date with knowledge about home furnishing, communication and retail design trends to follow creative directions that inspire and surprise store visitors through the IKEA visual and verbal identity.
- We want you to be a person, who:
- Ability to combine commercial, aesthetic and practical skills.
- Ability to work together with others in a team.
- Confident in approaching and communicating clearly with different people in various situations.
- Have a flexible hands-on approach to responsibilities and an ability to meet set deadlines.
- As you work in a store, you will be working in mixture of days and placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.

Perusahaan ini merupakan anak usaha dari PT Hero Supermarket Tbk, yang memegang lisensi resmi IKEA di Indonesia melalui Dairy Farm International Holdings. Didirikan pada 18 Mei 2020, PT Rumah Mebel Nusantara berkantor pusat di Tangerang, Banten, dan aktif dalam sektor toko furnitur. Perusahaan ini mengelola beberapa gerai IKEA di Indonesia, termasuk toko ke-7 yang dibuka di Ciputra World Surabaya. Toko ini diresmikan pada tanggal 15 Desember 2022. Dengan jumlah karyawan di Indonesia hingga 500 orang pada tahun 2024, perusahaan ini fokus pada penjualan furnitur dan perlengkapan rumah tangga melalui toko fisik dan platform e-commerce yang berorientasi nasional.
