Job description
- Accounting Staff
- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders and expense reports
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers
- Generate and send out invoices to clients and follow up on overdue accounts
- Assist in maintaining the general ledger and perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Ensure all financial transactions are documented accurately and in compliance with company policies
