Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in all majors
- Have minimum 1 year of experience in related field
- Good knowledge in Office Administration, Facility & Asset Management, Vendor Coordination, Vehicle Maintenance and Insurance Administration, and Waste Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Skillful at administrative task, attention to detail and passionate work in teams
- Familiar in 5R/5S and Food Safety Management System is an added value
Job description
- Controlling GA vendor agreement documents and follow up with related parties regarding agreement updates.
- Monitoring and controlling daily tasks and review performance of the subordinates.
- Coordinating with other departements to support factory operation including stationery, employee meals, and other things that are needed.
- Supporting the process of permit extension including operational vehicles.
- Monitoring waste treatment installations and handling unused production or project remnants through proper storage, disposal, or sale in accordance with applicable standards.
- Processing and filling company legal documents including company establishment and internal documents, licensing, land, manpower, certification, tax and reetribution, environmental impact assesment (AMDAL), and agreements with external parties to ensure proper control of the company's legal documents.
