Kualifikasi
- Providing support activities and information to dealer and customers which concern complicated technical problem
- Supporting and advising technical problem to dealer through technical system such as Argus, telephone, and e-mail Supporting and find out solution on site with dealer in case cannot fix the problem
- Analyzing complicated problem and find out the solution from several source information
- Contacting and requesting support from Technical Support in case the problem cannot be fixed
- Following up the case to ensure that the problem has been fixed
- Preparing technical report to dealer manager
- Collecting new interesting problem to create Field Service Bulletin distribute to all dealer and importer to acknwoledge and follow the correct solution
- Diploma/Associate degree (D3) from Heavy Equipment Engineering
- Having minimum 1 year experience in Trucks, Heavy Equipment, will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiar in working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, & Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build excellent customer relationships at all levels
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
- Wiling to travel frequently
- Wiling to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
2.Payroll & Personnel Service Officer

Kualifikasi
- Manage and execute payroll process activities such as calculate, proceed and report salary, incentive, overtime, etc.
- Managing employee taxes
- Manage employee leave reports
- Handling employee personal & master data
- Handling employee compensation and benefits such as life and health insurance, pension fund, allowances, etc
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding compensation and benefits
- Diploma/Associate degree (D3) from Accounting or Tax is a must (other majors with minimum 1 year experience as Payroll/Compensation benefits officer are welcome to apply)
- Familiar in working with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SAP
- Holding certificate of Brevet A & B will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
- Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
- Adaptive to work in an agile environment
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
- Willing to work in Sunter, North Jakarta
3.Billing & AR Officer

Kualifikasi
- Handle day-to-day operations related to Billing and Accounts Receivable matters (e.g. posting journals, prepare and send invoices and supporting documents)
- Monitor and follow up Accounts Receivable to ensure payment will be received timely
- Verify all payment vouchers before paid to suppliers
- Support Treasury Officer to prepare bank transfer and posting to SAP
- Manage renewal process of insurances every year
- Prepare Finance and Insurance reports to management and external parties
- Handle IT administration matters
- Diploma/Associate degree (D3) from Accounting, Finance, or Tax is a must
- Having Minimum 1 year experience as Finance, Billing, or Account Receivable Officer
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Holding certificate of Brevet A & B will be an advantage
- Familiar in working with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SAP or any other accounting programs
- Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
